To give recruiters the most expansive reach to technology professionals, we make Social Profiles available within Dice’s TalentSearch results by default. While some career sites will include profiles from registered members, or profiles from social sources, Dice goes a step further by including both in one sourcing platform.
What are Social Profiles?
Social Profiles are technologist profiles created by aggregating publicly available data on the open web. Dice validates and refines the data into usable and actionable candidate profiles, each of which includes valuable background information and competencies, as well as at least one form of contact information. While many organizations charge a fee for offering aggregated social profile data, Dice provides access to these profiles (in addition to Dice Candidate Profiles) all with TalentSearch.
With Social Profiles, Recruiters Can:
Reach more active and passive tech candidates for each open role.
Easily narrow searches to more relevant candidates through powerful, tech-focused AI.
Invite qualified candidates to apply for your open jobs on Dice in just a few clicks.
Automate your sourcing by searching Social Profiles from your ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Engaging Passive Candidates to Win Talent
There’s a significant opportunity for recruiters to engage technology professionals who have Social Profiles, and may be considered a passive candidate. While active candidates may be spending more time searching and weighing open roles, they also present recruiters with a larger challenge due to having multiple opportunities. This challenge intensifies for recruiters who are recruiting for organizations with less brand recognition.
Passive candidates, however, allow recruiters to capture attention with less competition. With passive candidates, recruiters who can effectively and concisely pitch their employer brand, have the opportunity to hire top tech talent before additional competitors step in.
Make Your Social Profile Outreach Even More Actionable
With Dice’s Invite to Apply feature, recruiters can easily engage with technologists who have Social Profiles or Dice Candidate Profiles. After posting a job to Dice, recruiters can invite qualified technologists to apply after reviewing their candidate profile or, receiving an Auto Talent Alert. Once invited, technologists will automatically receive an email invitation and can select to view the job on Dice and apply.
