SELECTED PROJECTS FROM 2010 to PRESENT: Design and Integration of Enterprise Solutions, ABC Financial Services Oversaw and led the architectural design, development, customization and integration efforts of enterprise solutions for this Fortune 1000 financial services firm. Solutions included: collaboration, portals, enterprise search, enterprise content management (ECM), business process and forms, and business intelligence (BI), using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, SharePoint Foundation and SharePoint Designer. Portal Upgrade, Health Insurance Group Improved the existing SharePoint portal for this major health insurer while preserving the current database by establishing a UAT SharePoint environment and a number of best practices. Created custom master pages that matched the company’s brand and implemented security-based access levels, custom timer jobs, workflows, content management, improved taxonomy and SharePoint governance. Authored customized training manuals, user guides and technical documentation. Intranet Farm Installation, Hot Technologies Installed SharePoint 2013 Intranet farm, new Office Web Apps Server and Workflow Manager, as well as SharePoint app catalog for this major technology company. Architected and deployed external site plan, trained the current IT staff on the features of new application development model and cloud architecture for SharePoint 2013. Worked with the staff to create taxonomy for enterprise content management. Platform Renovation, Thomas Transportation Designed and implemented a new SharePoint 2010 platform to replace the company’s 10-year-old, unstable ASP-based Intranet site. Was fully responsible for project scope and plan, design and implementation and mapping existing site’s functionality to SharePoint Platform. Assisted company’s IT team with migration planning and execution, branding and roll-out of the new platform. Result was a faster, more robust and redundant SharePoint platform. Application Enhancements, Big Auto Parts, Inc. Developed new applications and implemented enhancements to existing applications within a Microsoft web architecture and SharePoint 2007 environment using .NET, Windows Workflow Foundation classes and InfoPath forms. Improved Users’ Experience, XYZ Online Media Designed, implemented and deployed a solution to optimize the viewing experience for 1,000 Microsoft CRM Dynamics users. Leveraged SharePoint 2010 user interface, Microsoft CRM Dynamics web services and SharePoint 2010 BDC for SQL inventory databases using SharePoint Designer 2010. Installed and configured SharePoint 2013 farm and migrated existing content. Ported SharePoint 2010 custom-developed web parts, workflows, event handlers, feature receivers, timers, email receiver handlers using C#, .NET v3.5 to SharePoint 2013. Document Optimization, S&T Security Optimized enterprise-wide document utilization and sharing by re-designing and launching portal-wide regional and country menus and the master page for this global security firm. Also, improved efficiencies by designing and implementing one-click SharePoint deployment solutions for production, staging, test and development. Document Digitalization, Any Town Bank and Trust Automated the existing document library and related business processes for this regional bank using SharePoint 2010 and MS .NET Framework 3.5. Scanned, tagged and stored the existing documents and created a system that was able to handle the electronic submission, storage, search and retrieval of all content.
