Almost all of the things you'll find listed there are job skills. That includes certifications and soft skills used in team building and communication. “Able to work under tight deadlines” may not seem like a job skill, but it is. Business is social and how you work with others and under what conditions are important to success in a company's culture. Thus, you need to list such soft skills on your resume.
