After winning considerable new government contracts earlier in the year, Northrop Grumman has unsurprisingly topped the charts for hiring so far in 2023.
Raytheon Technologies and BAE Systems, also winners of sizable government contracts, are near the top of the list. These companies together posted nearly three times as many tech job listings than the rest of the companies in the top 10 combined.
With increased government spending and signs of life among the greater hiring trends, there is room for optimism in aerospace and defense hiring.
